Parents: Stay Connected & Informed

Monitor your child's progress...
All CUSD middle schools are using Pinnacle, an internet based grade book program. Pinnacle includes a parent interface called Pinnacle Internet View (PIV) allowing you to monitor your child's grades
and attendance.
Letters about Pinnacle, including passwords, were mailed home in early October. If you were at Kennedy last year you can log-in to Pinnacle using the password you received last year.

How do I sign up for the “e”News & Views ?
Get the monthly News & Views delivered directly to your email inbox. Simply go to the News & Views page and then click on “subscribe”. You have the option of receiving the News & Views at up to four different email addresses.

How do I monitor my child’s progress?

All of the district middle schools will be using Pinnacle, a new grade book program. Pinnacle also includes a parent interface, Pin

nacle Internet Viewer (PIV) that allows you to monitor your child’s grades and attendance. Unlike the previous system, Parent Connect, you will not have to come to the office to register. Letters are going home in the mail on October 3 with your password and login instructions. You can navigate to our school PIV site at https://cusd.gradebook.net/pinnacle/piv. We have found that the Firefox browser works best with Pinnacle.

PIV Problems?

Pinnacle works best with the Internet Broweser Mozilla Firefox.
